thus the beginning

Thus the beginning
The indefinite rising
A crow sings the dawn

I walked to the edge
Defeated by the day's night
Would you call me back

The darkness of night
Alluding thus the mourning
The stars cry their tears

Tiny bird sits
Cleaning its feathers
With its beak

These are a few more haiku that I have written over the passed week. I am going to try and start writing more nine-word American haiku to try and expand my horizons. I also need to start giving my poems a more natural flair so that is pretty much what you can expect from the next few posts. I will write something new once I have found the appropriate topic, but until then, more haiku.
